     Being a licensed realtor in Tampa for 20 years, Mr. Paul Chay, the founder, has been successfully managing many aspects in real estate. Mr. Chay's experience in real estate mainly includes single-family homes, land and acreage, groves and ranches, apartments and office buildings. He has been dealing with international sales transactions that involved investors from Taiwan and Kuwait, and the international leasing has included tenants from China, Mexico, and Honduras. Mr. Chay also became one of the two Certified International Property Specialists, CIPS, in Tampa. Providing professional, efficient services, and satisfaction for customers is his goal. Jia Wang--Vice President

     Jia has extensive industrial and academic experiences. He has been working for companies in many different countries. He also worked as an independent consultant. Jia is highly qualified in the areas of information technologies such as: service-oriented architecture, object-oriented design and analysis, system integration methodologies, distributed Internet applications, general programming and windows-based programming, web site development, data modeling, database design and development, database administration, and client/server programming. He is a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD) and Sun Certified Programmer for the Java 2 Platform. In addition, Jia has done numerous works in numerical methods and analysis, and mathematical formulations. He has received his Doctor of Technical Sciences from Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Lausanne. Jia has authored many articles in different journals.
